Polypropylene and Polyethylene

Our on-demand bonding technology is ideal for fusing multiple layers of polyethylene non-wovens and for heat sealing polypropylene . CODACO bonding materials replace hot melts or cross linking glues which are difficult to apply or require extensive set-up and dry time. Our system is equally adaptable to to both stationary bonding and dynamic, high speed web bonding.

Paper and Paperboard

The CODACO System is also used for adhesive bonding of paper/paperboard materials with pre-applied adhesive or on-line, RF activated white glue. One typical application is the manufacturer's glue seam on a folded carton. CODACO adhesives will replace water or solvent-based glues, or hot melts, and offer very fast activation time with controllable open time.
